The simple answer - yes. Unfortunately we are not considered an essential retail business. We anticipate all 5 of our sites will be closed until at least after the February half term.

We are still operating however. We are staffing our Haverfordwest store Monday - Saturday 9 - 3 for Click & Collect and Delivery.

As throughout the first 2 lockdowns, we are offering a completely FREE home delivery service for our customers (please note - free for orders over £20, a small charge applies to smaller orders - same day for orders made before 2pm).

For most of you, these deliveries will be same day, however due to the large area that our shops service and our slimmed down staff, there are some areas that will get deliveries on certain days of the week.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday: Anywhere within 12.5 miles of Haverfordwest

Monday / Wednesday / Friday: East Pembrokeshire / Carmarthen (within 10 miles of Carmarthen store)

Tuesday / Thursday: North Pembrokeshire, Cardigan (within 10 miles of Cardigan store)

You are more than welcome to choose our Click & Collect service, simply select the right option at checkout on the website or ask for it over the phone.

If you've ordered online, you'll receive an email when your order is ready to collect, phone orders you'll be given a time to collect.

We will always answer the door wearing a mask, and we'd ask you to do the same please. We also sanitise before and after handing over all deliveries. 

We've taken the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers incredibly seriously throughout this pandemic. While delivering, we will always wear a mask to your door and hand over the package from a safe social distance, and will always sanitise our hands before and after a drop off. 

Similarly high levels of hygiene are adhered to at the store while we're taking and packing orders also.
